It has been a steady but positive engagement with AudioCodes we started circa 18 months ago with their SBCs and 12 months ago has exposure to live platform, VOCA, meeting insights, and call recording applications.

Our journey with AudioCodes began around 18 months ago with their SBCs, and over the past 12 months, we have expanded to include Live Platform, Voca, Meeting Insights, and Call Recording applications. Two years ago, we started on our transformation moving from telco to techco and VOCA is an instrumental part in our development to become the most innovative voice providers in the market.

We have taken the standard Voca product adding our cloud-based applications, such as WhatsApp for Business Platform (API) and AI-driven applications and integrations, which has set us apart from our counterparts in the marketplace.

This award is the culmination of nine months of hard work across all departments within Voiceflex to bring the product to market with our unique additional applications.
