March 2022 - Multi-award-winning and leading telecoms carrier of SIP, Hosted, Connectivity, Unified Communications and Collaboration services, Voiceflex, is pleased to announce the launch of Voiceflex Flow in partnership with leading European Unified Communications provider Telavox. In a move set to make Voiceflex the largest strategic partner to Telavox in Europe, the new service, Voiceflex Flow, is a unified platform offering both communications and contact centres as a service. Features also include disruptive pricing, omnichannel capabilities, integration into systems such as customer relationship management software and social media networks, and a suite of other applications. 

Voiceflex is one of the UK’s leading carriers, and will be offering Voiceflex Flow in addition to its range of pre-existing products. Voiceflex Flow is also the first in a series of products that will be launching in the near future, which couple Voiceflex’s acclaimed service with best-of-breed market solutions, such as Telavox’s world-class platform. Since it was established in 2005, Voiceflex has grown to become an award-winning communications provider with 900 channel partners, a number that’s growing year on year. Voiceflex is already one of the largest SIP carriers in the UK, and continues to grow by being adaptable - it’s now set to release new products alongside Voiceflex Flow in order to better serve the channel and hybrid working needs of today’s customers. As part of its plans to double in size, James Arnold-Roberts was named the new CEO of Voiceflex last year, and the new partnership with Telavox is the next step in driving the company forward.

The new partnership with Voiceflex marks a big step for the currently Nordic-focussed vendor, Telavox, established in 2002. A Unified Communications provider, Telavox develops state-of-the-art communications platforms for businesses and organisations of all sizes.
